We solvent-strip the old grip and inspect the shaft underneath, which is where corrosion and old tape residue actually hide. Re-tape follows your logged build-up so a regrip never silently changes your grip diameter, then the new grip goes on and cures before pickup.
Same day on most jobs if dropped off before mid-afternoon. We stock a working range rather than a full wall — if you want something we don't hold, lead time is usually under a week.
