Build Times

How Long a Build Takes

The fitting session and pickup day usually aren't the same day. Here's what determines the gap between them.

Stock Components vs. Special Order

If the head and shaft combination from your session is already on the shelf, a single-club build is typically ready in two to three business days — loft and lie set, length cut, grip installed, and swingweight rechecked against the card before it leaves the bench. Special-order heads or low-stock shafts add the manufacturer's lead time, quoted at the end of your session.

Full iron sets take longer even with everything in stock, since each head gets bent to spec individually and rechecked against the gapping printout.

Typical Turnaround

Single club, stock parts: 2–3 days.
Full iron set, stock parts: 5–7 days.
Special-order head or shaft: plus manufacturer lead time.
